Two roll mill MW-20

Dijatec Machinebouw manufactures two roll mills for the mixing of silicones and polymers. All HCR’s up to 80° Shore A can be mixed with this machine. Maximum capacity is approximately 1,5 kg. for this machine, depending on the hardness of the HCR.

This machine is developed to be used in a standing position. The two roll mill is open on the front and back side so that feeding HCR’s to the machine is quite easy. The roller aperture is guarded with dual light curtain system in combination with a stop cable. This system ensures maximum safety as well as maximum usability for the operator.
